Service and Warranty

Our policy at “Premium Leisure LLC” is to provide you with a quality product and excellent customer service, second to none. We promise to handle any warranty issues that might arise per your spa warranty. We have a comprehensive network of service technicians and dealers throughout the United States. Most of the service providers we contact take no more than a few business days to have your spa issues sorted quickly and have you back up and running. In many cases, we find our support team to be the fastest means of service, as many issues are easily corrected over the phone and do not actually require parts or a service visit. First, we will require your full name, complete address and contact number/numbers and, most importantly, your spa’s unique EIGHT-DIGIT SERIAL NUMBER. This serial number is required as we maintain a database for tacking any of your warranty issues, service progress, questions and complete history. There is a time limit for warranty service on each spa manufactured by Premium Leisure LLC. Please read your spa manual, which contains your warranty information. It is important you understand your warranty. To easily register your spa with Premium Leisure LLC, simply mail in the warranty form attached to your warranty, or complete the online form. IMPORTANT - If you ever require warranty service, you will need to CONTACT US FIRST at Premium Leisure LLC Customer Service Division, and we will guide you through the warranty process. Please note: DO NOT secure a local service provider yourself, WE WILL NOT be responsible or liable for any unauthorized service or charges incurred, and that bypassing our policy may void your spa warranty. We have our own providers, and we will handle any service you require. In some rare instances you may reside in an area that we do no have a service provider, but rest assured that we will locate a qualified warranty station for your service request to affect your repairs as quickly as possible. You can now purchase a Premium Leisure LLC Spa with pride and peace of mind, knowing that you are backed 100% by a manufacturer that is committed to providing you service in the years to come. We are not responsible for the past Hydro Spa Inc., warranties before November 9, 2007, but we will take each issue and provide you with what service we can, or cannot handle on a one-on-one basis.
